Key Responsibilities

  • Manage billing and revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing in accordance with customer contract terms.
  • Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and reporting processes.
  • Assist with collections and monitor customer accounts.
  • Participate in process improvements and ERP system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support annual financial audits.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in billing, revenue management, or general ledger accounting.
  • Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
  • Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or Financial Services industries preferred.
  • Sage Intacct experience is a plus; experience with ERP systems is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

Desired Skills and Experience
2+ years of experience in billing, revenue management, or general ledger accounting.

Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).

Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or Financial Services industries preferred.

Sage Intacct experience is a plus; experience with ERP systems is required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
