We are a well-established, patient-focused OBGYN clinic located in the heart of Plano, TX, dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality women's health care. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled and caring Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join us part-time.

Job Description:

As a Provider in our clinic, you will work closely with our board-certified OBGYN physicians to provide comprehensive care to women across all stages of life. This role includes performing well-woman exams, prenatal and postpartum care, contraception counseling, and managing common gynecologic conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct annual well-woman exams, including Pap smears and breast exams
  • Provide prenatal and postpartum care in coordination with physicians
  • Manage common GYN concerns (e.g., irregular bleeding, pelvic pain, infections)
  • Perform and interpret basic in-office procedures (e.g., IUD insertion/removal, endometrial biopsies, Nexplanon insertion/removal)
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, ultrasounds, etc.)
  • Provide contraception counseling and management of birth control options
  • Educate patients on preventive care, reproductive health, and menopause management
  • Assist in managing chronic women's health conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, and perimenopausal symptoms
  • Document all patient interactions accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to coordinate care and maintain high standards of service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical guidelines and participate in continuing education as needed

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted Texas license as a PA or NP
  • National certification (NCCPA for PAs or AANP/ANCC for NPs)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in women's health, preferably in an OBGYN clinic
  • Proficiency with EMRs and clinical documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Must be available Wednesdays and Thursdays

Pay: $ $65.00 per hour
