Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Waste Driver/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and transportation of medical waste in accordance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely collect, package, and transport medical waste from client locations to designated disposal facilities
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations governing the handling and disposal of medical waste
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with company policies
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Works closely with Logistics Manager to improve efficiencies and identify problem or unsafe accounts
  • Performs all duties as scheduled by Logistics Manager, assisting other company drivers as directed
  • Communicates customer requests or issues to Logistics Manager
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Must be capable of using a smart phone for dispatch software

Experience:

  • Truck or delivery driving: 1+ years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Less than 3 points on license (Preferred)
