What You Will Do

  • Provides leadership, direction, and coordination for general clinic operations .
  • Manages staffing to always ensure appropriate coverage .
  • R esponsible for hiring and onboarding new staff in collaboration with Human Resources.
  • Works collaboratively with clinic division coding and billing specialists and central business office to assure timely and accurate capture of charges for services provided .
  • Tracks and reports all information, service statistics, billing data and other financial data with the central billing office.
  • Responsible for maintaining the facility including managing any repairs or remodeling, service contracts on equipment and the inventory of all capital equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent education and experience
  • 5+ years' experience working in a physician practice or other health care setting required .
  • 3-5+ years management experience in healthcare preferred
  • Experience working with primary care physicians in a large physician group preferred .
