Job Overview

Little Learners is seeking a passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children in a safe and stimulating environment. Responsibilities

  • Create a positive classroom environment that encourages children to explore and engage.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
  • Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to discuss their child's development and address any concerns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with children in preschool settings or similar environments.
  • Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
  • Strong skills in behavior management and classroom management techniques.
  • Experience in infant care is highly desirable.
  • Ability to educate children through creative play, structured activities, and hands-on learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for teaching and caring for young children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
