Job Summary:
Coordinates and facilitates the daily operation of a medical practice plans administrative activities in one or more areas, such as finance and accounting, information systems, personnel, purchasing, and other administrative support functions. Typical duties often include preparation of staff schedules; development of policies and procedures; recommending staff promotions, upgrades and changes in staffing patterns; assisting with budget development and monitoring; reviewing departmental processes and recommending modifications to improve the efficiency and overall quality of care provided by the medical practice plan.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and 1 year experience in a medical practice or health care setting. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.



Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the management of specialty practices, preferably OBGYN.



Work Days:

Monday - Friday 8am - 430pm shifts may vary

L3: $60,265 - $100,255

Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations. The salary range depicted is based on full time, 1.0 FTE and would be prorated accordingly for less than 1.0 FTE.
