Salary Range: $90,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Oversee all repair, installation, and troubleshooting activities to minimize production downtime.
- Manage the maintenance department budget, including spare parts inventory and capital expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with production management to schedule maintenance activities and support manufacturing goals.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Excellent understanding of industrial safety regulations and best practices (e.g., OSHA, LOTO).
- Experience managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
Bonus Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in CMMS administration or implementation.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
- Project management experience for capital equipment upgrades or new installations.
