Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Bowling Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests while ensuring a fun and safe bowling experience. This role involves managing bowling lanes, assisting with events, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The Bowling Attendant will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

  • Greet and assist guests with lane assignments and equipment rentals.
  • Monitor bowling activities to ensure safety and proper conduct among guests.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including payments for games, food, and beverages.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Assist in the setup and management of events, including parties and tournaments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bowling area, including lanes, seating, and restrooms.
  • Support food service operations by taking orders and serving food and beverages as needed.
  • Engage with guests through public speaking during events or announcements to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
  • Experience with events management is a plus, particularly in hospitality or resort settings.
  • Skills in conflict management to effectively handle guest concerns or disputes.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures is essential for this role.
  • Lifeguard experience or experience working with children is beneficial for creating a family-friendly atmosphere.
