SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Support Harrison Energy Partners equipment sales and support of the outside sales group.
PRIMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet daily deadlines for plan and spec jobs.
Prepare accurate bids.
Make accurate job submittals.
Order job equipment accurately.
Manage projects from start to finish.
Quote equipment replacement requested by contractors.
Answer customer questions/concerns regarding quotes, product application & performance, submittals, orders, changeorders, and shipping.
Support outside sales customers when Outside Sales Associates are absent.
Assist Inside Sales Team as needed.
Promote and sell equipment to house accounts.
Coordinate field documentation with customers and other responsible parties (i.e. service, controls). Documents include IOMs, warranty, and startup.
Help develop, document, deploy, and maintain NSS processes and integrate with software tools (e.g. Airmaxx, Microsoft 365, Bluebeam.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Broad knowledge of such fields as advanced accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Associate degree plus 4-6 years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
State driver's license, auto insurance, auto registration, acceptable driving record.

SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED:

Specialty software training provided upon hire.

Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
