Position: CNA / Caregivers

Location: Madison, WI

Shifts Available: ALL SHIFTS

Willow Glen is a warm, home-like assisted living community, licensed as a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF). We are dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centered care in a supportive, small-scale environment where residents feel safe, valued, and at home. Our focus is on enhancing the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of each individual we serve. We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
  • Provide medication assistance in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
  • Support residents with mealtime needs, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
  • Encourage physical and mental engagement to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes to the appropriate staff.
  • Uphold a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in caregiving, assisted living, patient care, nursing home support, or direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Familiarity with Alzheimer's care, hospice care, and vital signs monitoring is a plus.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Current CNA license in good standing but not necessary
