We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and test electrical and electronic systems for industrial instrumentation and control applications. This role involves both hands-on laboratory work and field testing at client facilities. The engineer will create test plans, perform troubleshooting, analyze data, and document technical results to ensure reliable and safe system operation.

Core responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new electrical and electronic test equipment and systems, including both analog and digital components
  • Conduct research and development to innovate testing methods and improve existing equipment performance
  • Perform detailed testing and troubleshooting of complex electrical and instrumentation systems, including: sensor calibration, signal conditioning, control system integration, data acquisition, and performance verification. Conduct lab and field testing to verify system accuracy, identify anomalies, and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards. Analyze test data using specialized software and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation in accordance with quality assurance standards
  • Travel periodically to client facilities for testing and system evaluation (approx. 6–12 trips/year)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engineering projects and provide technical guidance

Compensation: $100,000/year - $130,000/year

Requirements:

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical, electronics, or instrumentation engineering
  • Hands-on experience with test equipment, troubleshooting, and data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow strict quality assurance procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with industrial instrumentation, control systems, or safety-critical systems
  • Familiarity with laboratory and field testing of electrical systems
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with data acquisition software and signal analysis tools
