Bilingual 3PL Warehouse Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations in our third-party logistics (3PL) facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving efficiency, improving processes, and leading diverse teams. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Pay: $24.00-$25.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations: receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking employees and clients.
- Utilize WMS and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and drive performance.
- Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Manage labor schedules and resource allocation to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in improving warehouse operations and team performance.
- Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices.
- Familiarity with EDI and TMS systems.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
