Primary Purpose
Drives success of large-scale planning initiatives impacting multiple areas of the organization. Influences functional strategy and ensures planning activities support long-term corporate objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages multiple sections within the strategic planning function.
  • Drives success of large initiatives impacting multiple areas of the organization.
  • Influences job family strategy and contributes to corporate objectives.
  • Oversees development of integrated strategic plans and forecasts.
  • Ensures alignment of planning activities with organizational priorities.
  • Provides guidance on resource allocation for strategic initiatives.
  • Represents planning function in executive-level discussions.
  • Leads continuous improvement efforts across planning processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Typically requires a 4-year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Experience

  • Typically requires 10 years of related experience.

  • Relationship Management - Activities undertaken to improve business relationships.
  • Financial Modeling and Valuation - Designing mathematical models and analyzing data to estimate the financial performance and value of a company or investment, involves analyzing historical financial data, projecting future scenarios, and applying valuation methods to determine fair value.
  • Investment Due Diligence - The process of extensive and intensive research to evaluate an investment decision, considering all possibilities and verifying the information used it involves looking into the background, financial history, and details of an asset.
