Summary
This role blends hands-on styling with platform-native social content creation, focusing on short-form video across major social platforms. The position partners closely with creative, styling, and strategy teams to translate seasonal collections, product stories, and cultural trends into engaging, scroll-stopping content that feels authentic, relevant, and optimized for each platform.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5+ years of experience creating organic social content within fashion, retail, or lifestyle environments
  • Passion for fashion and styling, with deep knowledge of denim fits, washes, silhouettes, and fabric behavior
  • Proficient in short-form video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro required; CapCut and native platform tools a plus)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook content formats and trends
  • Skilled in styling on-camera talent, products, and environments to highlight fit, construction, and versatility
  • Able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with creative, design, and strategy partners
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven content environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting trends, timelines, and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Portfolio demonstrating denim styling, social content creation, and platform fluency

Job Description
In this role, you will concept, style, create, and edit short-form social video content designed for platform-native performance. You'll partner with creative, styling, and strategy teams to translate seasonal collections, key fits, fabric stories, and styling trends into engaging content.

This includes styling products and environments, contributing to content calendars and campaigns, writing concise and on-brand captions and hooks, responding to real-time fashion and cultural trends, and editing video for pacing, clarity, and performance. You will also support ongoing content needs while ensuring alignment with brand vision and business goals.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in fashion, design, communications, marketing, or equivalent practical experience
  • Background in styling, social content creation, fashion marketing, or digital media
  • Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands preferred

Additional Requirements
This opportunity is located in San Francisco, CA and requires on-site work.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $38.00 – $40.00 per hour
This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting tenure and hours requirements
