Position: RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-OR-Operating Room for a 13-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia — earn up to ($2178 - $2293 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
• Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes.
• Utilize data to track and achieve performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.
• Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in Georgia or eligible for licensure.
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
• Experience in operating room nursing with strong surgical knowledge.
• Proficiency in monitoring patient vitals and responding effectively.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Ability to maintain a sterile environment during surgical procedures.
• Ability to utilize data for tracking performance and achieving targets.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with medical staff.
• Experience in onboarding and training new staff members.
• Willingness to engage in team meetings and share best practices.
