Job Description

Integrity Home & Pet Care LLC is a small but growing home cleaning and pet care business. We are currently looking to add experienced team members to our home cleaning family. This is an established and consistently growing business. Candidates must have a good attitude, a willingness to learn and work, reliable transportation, a clean background, and be a team player. MUST be willing to travel to and from jobs. Jobs range in location from Hampstead, Kure Beach, Carolina Beach, Castle Hayne, and North/South Wilmington .

  • Undergo training and sign the company onboarding documents.
  • Must arrive on time, properly dressed, and have a professional appearance.
  • Must uphold a high quality performance and ensure all cleans are performed to standard.
  • Understand the company's policy on work shifts, guest's possessions and privacy issues
  • Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and tidying all rooms
  • Dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and general home upkeep.
  • Report cases of property damage to manager
  • Be capable of working in a team, and be a team player
  • Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
  • Maintain a positive relationship with employees and clients
  • Respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glass
  • Collect and remove trash and debris
  • Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, and folding.
  • Clean upholstered furniture
  • Perform detailed deep cleans when required

This position offers scheduling flexibility, competitive pay, and a fast-paced work environment. Opportunities for pay increase and advancement are a possibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
