Responsibilities

  • Operate a 26' refrigerated box truck.

  • Ensure compliance with DOT rules, regulations, and company policies.

  • Follow all safety practices at all times.

  • Load and unload shipments (pallets or racks).

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.

  • Understand and follow instructions accurately.

  • Be punctual and reliable.

  • Available to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3:00 a.m.


Requirements (per insurance criteria)

  • Must be at least 21 years old.

  • Must have at least 3 years of verifiable driving experience.

  • Must have a valid U.S. driver's license issued in the state of residence.

  • No temporary, instructional, or interim licenses accepted.

  • No more than 3 accidents in the past 3 years (regardless of fault).

  • No Type A violations in the past 3 years (DUI, reckless driving, suspended license, hit & run, etc.).

  • No more than 4 total incidents (accidents + Type B violations) in the past 3 years.

  • No more than 3 Type B violations in the past 18 months.

  • No license suspension or revocation within the last 2 years.

  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screening.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Must be physically able to lift, carry, push/pull, and work in varying temperatures and environments.
