Your territory

As part of our US team, you will:

  • Represent Tractive, build and manage our presence across a wide range of online communities and platforms, from Facebook and Instagram to TikTok and Reddit
  • Help build an active community and positive brand perception by being the link between Tractive and our target audience - ensuring their voices are heard and our responses are authentic and timely
  • Consolidate and analyze customer feedback, including AI-powered sentiment analysis, to report on community trends and provide actionable insights
  • Establish Tractive's presence in new communities while boosting brand awareness and fostering positive conversations in existing digital spaces
  • Be our pet parent ambassador and help guide product and feature developments by channeling the needs and priorities of our customers directly to our Product team
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience
  • Build relationships with customers and potential customers to create a strong network of advocates
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you'll never hear the phrase "...because that's how we've always done things"
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in community management or social media, with a proven track record of growing and engaging online communities
  • Deep, hands-on understanding of the current social media landscape, including Reddit, Facebook Groups, and Instagram
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English
  • Experience with community management and social listening tools (e.g., Sprout, Brandwise) is a plus
  • Familiarity with using AI tools for content creation or community analytics is a plus
