The Opportunity

We are seeking an Onsite Project Manager to join our Hospitality Division with an immediate start available. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing subcontractors, schedule, quality, and stakeholder communication. Future projects will include both new hotel construction and brand-standard PIPs across Georgia and the Southeast.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage onsite construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate project schedules and resources using construction management software.
  • Track schedules; follow up with trades to ensure timely mobilization.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts for compliance with specifications.
  • Review and sign off on subcontractor work quality.
  • Receive, review, and approve material deliveries.
  • Provide daily progress photos and updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead semiweekly project calls with ownership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Project Coordinators to ensure timely procurement and accurate back-office documentation.
  • Implement project management best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Utilize tools such as Fieldwire and 

     for project tracking and coordination.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience (required).
  • Hotel/hospitality project experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent project scheduling abilities with a focus on time management.
  • Solid knowledge of construction practices and site experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
  • Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, and leadership skills.
  • Basic computer skills required (reporting, scheduling, communication).
  • OSHA certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
