What You'll Be Doing

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll focus on scheduled, preventative service visits across residential and commercial properties throughout New York City.

Your day-to-day includes:

● Conducting routine inspections to identify pest activity (insects, rodents, entry points, traps, bait stations).

● Applying preventive treatments such as baits, traps, insecticides, rodent-control solutions, and sealing entry points—even when no active infestation is present.

● Diagnosing and resolving pest issues when detected, including ants, rodents, termites, cockroaches, and more.

● Accurately documenting inspections, treatments, findings, and recommendations.

● Educating clients on preventive practices and risk factors to help keep their spaces pest-free.

● Maintaining equipment, tools, and—if assigned—a company vehicle in safe, clean, and working condition.

What We're Looking For

● Reliable, self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work.

● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

● Comfortable working independently in the field.

● Some hands-on or handyman-style experience is preferred; full training will be provided.

● Physically able to walk extensively, climb stairs regularly, and lift up to 40 lbs.

● Willingness to work shift schedules and occasional weekends.

● Driver's license preferred but NOT required — non-drivers are welcome (walking routes available).
