Senior UX Visual Designer, Search AI Mode

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 6 years of visual design experience in product design or UX for consumer-facing products (B2C).

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  
• Experience with industry standard design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVisio, Figma, Principle, etc.).
• Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment, applying design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).
• Deep understanding of visual foundations and systems.

As a Designer on the Visual Craft and Systems team, you'll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences —from concept to execution. You will also focus on elevating the visual craft across key AI product experiences in Search by designing elegant systems that scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
