As a Courier, you will be responsible for navigating routes, loading and unloading goods, and providing exceptional customer service. What you'll do

  • Navigate designated delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Load and unload packages safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
  • Handle heavy lifting and moving of packages while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and customer signatures.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and compliance with regulations.
  • Operate box trucks and manual transmission vehicles as required for deliveries.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline the loading process and optimize delivery schedules.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
  • Proficiency in using manual transmission vehicles.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
