Procurement Specialist, Associate

Infor is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Vendor Management team. The Vendor Management Office delivers an end-to-end procurement service to our stakeholders, focused on fostering business relationships with key partners to drive value creation, manage risk, and source cutting-edge services and goods to help advance Infor's vision and strategy. A team of versatile and dedicated procurement professionals, we aim to deliver a seamless and efficient vendor management process that prioritizes transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement at the core of what we deliver.

A Day In the Life Typically Looks Like:

* Own the end-to-end procurement process for assigned vendor categories, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.

* Build and maintain relationships with key vendors to drive value, manage risk, and resolve issues.

* Analyze vendor performance data to identify opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and improved service to deliver long-term value.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs, set priorities, and ensure proactive procurement strategies support business objectives.

* Support contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance monitoring; proactively identify and mitigate vendor and supply risks.

* Provide an analytical focus to processes and drive improvements leading to long-term value capture.

Basic Qualifications:

* Prior experience in a Procurement, Sourcing or Vendor Management role.

* Experience with supplier management.

* Experience supporting strategic initiatives around supplier continuous improvement activities and risk mitigation plans.

* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

* Experience working with internal financial control standards and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Consultative and negotiation experience.
