Job Description:

South Coast Wash LLC is expanding and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our customer base. This is a commission-only role ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, talking with people, and getting paid directly for performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Canvass neighborhoods and commercial areas to distribute door hangers
  • Conduct door-to-door outreach to generate leads and build awareness of our pressure washing services
  • Contact incoming leads and schedule on-site visits when needed
  • Provide professional quotes to residential and commercial prospects
  • Track prospects and follow up to close the sale
  • Represent South Coast Wash LLC with professionalism, honesty and enthusiasm

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Comfortable talking to homeowners and business owners in person
  • Organized and able to follow up with leads
  • Reliable transportation
  • Sales experience preferred but not required

Pay Structure:

  • 10% commission on any job sold
  • No base salary – this is 100% commission
  • No income ceiling – the more you sell, the more you earn

Schedule:

  • Flexible – set your own hours
  • Part-time or full-time opportunities available
