Your Role as a Real Estate Agent

  • Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand goals and guide the process.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and oversee closings.
  • Work with pre-approved buyers provided through our affiliated mortgage company.
  • Engage in circle prospecting (calls, follow-ups, neighborhood outreach) to generate new listings.
  • Build long-term client relationships to grow your business.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License (Florida required).

  • Experience in residential sales a plus (new agents considered if highly motivated).
