Freezing Point is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US and the maker of Frazil, 100% Juice Frazil, Frazil Energy, and Café Tango We are a growing, high-performance team in search of a Sales and Marketing Intern.

This isn't your run of the mill internship. You won't be relegated to an office making copies or stuck organizing last year's advertising swag. Instead, it's a chance to roll up your sleeves and dive into the day-to-day world of marketing and sales.

In this role you will help facilitate Free Frazil Friday, our largest annual promotion. You'll bring a passion for the consumer, an ability to navigate new initiatives in an organization with multiple stakeholders, and a mind for analytics and problem-solving.

Pay: $17/hour

Throughout the internship you'll have opportunities to learn and participate in the following:
  • Onsite Marketing: Travel to stores between Ogden and Spanish Fork to deliver free product and invite stores to sign up for our summer promo. (We pay for mileage)
  • Merchandising: Bring marketing materials to each store and partner with the store manager to set up Frazil promotional materials in and around the store.
  • In-person Sales: Visit local retailers who currently sell Frazil and identify opportunities for additional machines and enroll customers.
  • Digital Marketing: Help coordinate the spend on digital advertising and social media platforms to maximize impressions, engagement and follower count.
  • Advertising and Social Media Content: Contribute to design and creation of video and static assets that'll be shared on the company's TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
  • Event Work: Attend events in the company's name and hand out or sell Frazil in the space given.
You may be our perfect candidate if…
  • You are a Junior or Senior (or ambitious Sophomore) completing an undergraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or another related field.
  • You are an exceptional communicator and comfortable communicating in person, in writing, and over the phone.
  • You are a people-lover and are excited to share the Frazil product and message with others.
  • You are comfortable meeting new people and leading that interaction-whether that's a convenience store manager or event attendees.
  • You manage your time well and are able to prioritize multiple projects, schedules, and travel itineraries.
  • You are an idea person. You share feedback and are comfortable receiving feedback from others.
  • You are tech and social media savvy. You are as confident in MS Office tools as you are on TikTok or Instagram.

Frazil Internships generally last 3-6 months. Our Sales & Marketing interns may choose to start as quickly as late March and internships will run through late August. Interns will be eligible for consideration for full-time employment at the end of their internship if a permanent Sales or Marketing role is available.

Note: Working with Frazil is contingent on passing a Background Check and pre-employment drug screen.
