Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects in Commercial Living Environments, overseeing complex renovations and new construction ranging from $250K to $15M. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to manage high-visibility, fast-paced projects across the Mountain West and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through close-out
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with field superintendents to maintain project schedules and logistics
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between owners, facility managers, consultants, and vendors
  • Budget Oversight: Control project costs, manage subcontractor buyout, and process change orders and pay apps
  • Scheduling & Documentation: Create master schedules, track submittals, manage RFI logs, and coordinate meetings
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver projects on time and on budget, minimizing disruption in active environments
  • On-Site Presence: Travel as needed for project launches, walkthroughs, and close-out inspections

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience: 7+ years in project management within commercial construction, preferably with experience in:
  • Assisted living facilities and senior housing
  • Multifamily and mixed-use developments
  • Hospitality and retail environments
  • Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of CSI divisions, GMP contracts, buyout practices, and safety compliance
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Buildertrend, or similar project management platforms
  • Scheduling Expertise: Skilled in critical path method (CPM) scheduling and resource coordination
  • Strong Communicator: Able to lead cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and manage expectations professionally
  • Problem Solver: Comfortable navigating challenges on live job sites with minimal supervision
