WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Public Works Road Worker, you'll help maintain the infrastructure that keeps our community safe and connected. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Operating heavy equipment for road repair and maintenance
  • Supporting the upkeep of streets, drainage systems, and public facilities
  • Performing hands-on roadwork and infrastructure projects
  • Working as part of a skilled, supportive crew that values teamwork and reliability

Your work directly contributes to public safety and the quality of life in Ferguson Township.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid PA Commercial Driver's License (Class B minimum)
  • Experience with road maintenance, construction tools, or heavy equipment
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork mindset, and commitment to safety
  • Physical stamina and reliability to thrive in outdoor, hands-on work
