We are seeking Caregivers for clients in Pittsburgh, PA

Pay rates are between $15-$17 per hour, depending on client needs.

Job Summary:

CareBuilders at Home is seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you'll make a meaningful difference every day by providing essential care and companionship to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
  • Support safe mobility and transfers
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Offer friendly companionship and engage clients in activities
  • Document care provided and communicate changes in client condition to the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), or CNA is a plus — but not required
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Must pass a background check
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient attitude
  • Must be dependable and punctual
