Caregiver Positions Available:

  • Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help with meal preparation and household chores
  • Support residents in participating in activities and reaching their personal goals
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the group home environment

Qualifications:

  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to caregiving
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in caregiving, especially with individuals with disabilities, is preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
