Operations Supervisor - Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ)

Your role on the team:

  • Supervises import team personnel by managing workflow and team productivity and addressing employee performance and additional personnel standards
  • Prepares and monitors customs compliance and broker management reports
  • Maintains communication with customers and provides market competitive rate quotes
  • Develops Internal Operating Procedures OOP) based on customer specifications
  • Handles accounting processes; including monitoring APIAR issues, Post Entry reviews and audits

What you need:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity, Customs Broker License preferred
