Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 2nd Shift

Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift maintenance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, overseeing repairs and preventive maintenance, and supporting production operations to meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for all production and facility equipment.
  • Lead, train, and develop maintenance technicians to ensure efficient troubleshooting and timely repairs.
  • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and sanitation teams to maintain compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies and OSHA requirements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inventory of critical spare parts.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on technical support as needed for electrical, mechanical, or automation-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in food manufacturing or food processing required.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated production equipment preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 2nd shift.
