Job Title: F45 Training Head Coach / Studio Manager

F45 Training delivers innovation, motivation, and results through 45-minute HIIT workouts built around functional movement. Classes are dynamic, fun, and addictive—making F45 one of the fastest-growing fitness networks worldwide. This opportunity is with the Plu Ultra family, the largest network of F45 studios in Arizona and Colorado, giving you the platform, support, and reach to make a huge impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead from the front: Coach ~20 high-energy classes each week with flawless form, big energy, and relentless motivation.
  • Develop and mentor the coaching team to uphold the highest training standards.
  • Drive membership growth by supporting sales initiatives, grassroots marketing, and community events.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that makes every member feel like a VIP.
  • Keep the studio sharp—setup, breakdown, equipment care, and day-to-day operations.
  • Partner with ownership on KPIs, event planning, and initiatives that grow the studio.

What You Bring

  • Certified personal trainer or group fitness credentials (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent).
  • Experience coaching in group fitness with leadership capability to inspire both staff and members.
  • High-energy, magnetic personality that makes people want to show up and work hard.
  • Strong organizational skills—you can juggle coaching, admin, events, and team management without dropping the ball.
  • Hunger to build something great and grow with us.

  • What is your general availability (mornings, evenings, weekends)? Are you able to commit to a consistent full-time schedule of 35–40 hours per week, including coaching ~20 classes?
  • As Head Coach, you'll often be the point person when unexpected things come up (coach calling out, member issues, last-minute needs). Are you prepared to step in when those situations happen? Please explain briefly.
  • What experience do you have leading a team, and how would you keep coaches accountable and motivated?
