We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Drive results through selling skills and building trusted relationships with guests
  • Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
  • Participate in the recruiting process by identifying potential candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions to integrate new hires into the company culture.
  • Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and inventory levels, making informed decisions to optimize store performance.
  • Oversee cash register operations, ensuring accurate transactions and adherence to cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with management on budgeting strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality service.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in retail math for analyzing sales trends and inventory management.
