We have been in business over 10 years. We have seen the ups, the downs, and the upside down. There is a saying in the mortgage industry. "It is all the same potatoes, but with different gravy." While that may be true, we want the team to tell us the recipe. We offer something no other mortgage company does: Transparency We are currently hiring MLOs with about a year experience or more who have closed 3 or more loans. Compensation:
W2 or 1099, based on state law
225 bps LPC Purchases - This will increase to 270 bps LPC soon
$300 per closed file recruiting bonus
CRM
Expenses:
$995 per file (+10% for W2 employees)
$55/month for Lending Pad - Will be reimbursed after the second closing of the month
Plans: (Many will be ready by end of the year)
401k - Interviewing plan providers
Medical/Dental - No ETA until we increase employee count for group buys and policy updates
Transparency - Public MLO production, recruiting compensation, executive comp, and corporate expenditures
MLO Wishlist Form - Requests reviewed and assed to public list
Public Wishlist of items MLOs want or need to help them grow
Integrated LOS/CRM with out of the box campaigns and customs campaigns upon request
Marketing Items to include yard signs, buyer agent presentations, seller agent presentations
Leads system - Model likely to be a 'per closed file' cost to MLO
Certified Home Listings Program
AI driven technologies - Lead gen, response, marketing graphics, etc.
