  • Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and provide long-term fixes
  • Mentor junior engineers and support team growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Python, C#, , etc.)
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
  • Experience with REST APIs and integration with third-party services
  • Good knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Exposure to microservices architecture
  • Frontend experience with modern frameworks is a plus
  • CI/CD pipeline and DevOps exposure
  • Experience in performance tuning and system optimization
