We want a recruiter who doesn't just fill jobs—you build teams. You'll own the recruiting process from start to finish, finding and selling top HVAC and plumbing professionals on why Done Right Today is the best place to grow their career.

You close talent like a sales pro. You build pipelines, not just fill reqs. Join our in-office team and help us hire the best HVAC and plumbing pros in Delaware.

What you'll do:

· Own the full recruiting cycle, sourcing to onboarding

· Sell our brand, culture, and growth path to every candidate

· Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified tradespeople through referrals, social media, and schools

· Run phone screens and interviews, then move fast on offers

· Partner with leaders to forecast needs and launch creative campaigns

· Track metrics, keep the ATS clean, and protect compliance

· Flex your schedule when urgent roles pop up

What you'll bring:

· 3 or more years in the HVAC or plumbing industry

· Associate's degree in business, HR, or a related field

· Strong sourcing and closing skills

· Strong communication, persuasion and organization skills

· Comfortable working on the phone and meeting people daily

· Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

· Goal-oriented with a competitive spirit

· Outside-the-box ideas and a forward-thinking mindset

· Proven success hitting hiring goals

· A go-getter attitude with fresh, innovative ideas

· Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar ATS
