ThrYve Teams is an agency that trains mentors for adults with social, emotional, and behavioral health challenges. The mentor works closely with the social worker to help the client reach the self-improvement goals in their plan. This role is also an excellent opportunity for college students, undergraduate and graduate. Mentorship Roles Available:

  • PSS - Working with adults in the Peer Support program; this role requires lived experience overcoming a mental health challenge such as addiction, trauma, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression or other (shown via reference letters)

Please note that to become a mentor there is a long onboarding process involving training and background checks. Therefore while this is a paid role, the candidate who will have the most satisfaction from this role is someone who really wants to help people and for whom the extra income is just a nice plus.
