Position: Restaurant Team Member (Cashier / Prep / Cook)

Looking to bring your skills to a fast-paced and friendly environment? Tikka Spice Food Truck is calling your name Located at Nuevo Atrisco Food Park at 7921 Central Ave NW in Albuquerque, NM, we're a local favorite serving up delicious Desi street food with a side of great vibes. We're on the hunt for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Restaurant Team Members. Pay is $12-$13 an hour with tips varying based upon business and paid out weekly. You will need to be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Team Member, you'll wear many hats and keep our operation running smoothly. Whether you're at the register, prepping ingredients, or cooking up our signature Desi street food, your role is essential to creating the Tikka experience our customers love. Here's a glimpse of your day-to-day:

  • Cashier Duties: Greet customers with a smile, take orders accurately, and handle transactions.
  • Prep Work: Chop, slice, and dice Help prepare fresh ingredients to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
  • Cooking: Fire up the grill and craft our mouthwatering burgers to perfection.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth service and a clean, welcoming environment.
