Lead and develop the Verification Loan Officer team, overseeing scheduling, training, coaching, and performance excellence.
Perform and supervise closings to ensure all ownership details — units/weeks, fees, taxes, usage, membership, exchange, and financing — are accurately verified.
Strengthen customer confidence by delivering exceptional service, answering purchase-related questions, and ensuring smooth, compliant closings.
Reduce cancellations by ensuring timely follow-up and precision in documentation.
Ensure compliance and accuracy by obtaining all required signatures/initials and notarizing applicable recordable documents.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Administration, and Corporate Office to maintain alignment and optimize workflows.
Drive operational efficiency by reviewing sales reports and identifying trends and performance improvement opportunities.
Champion team culture by leading daily meetings, setting expectations, and fostering high-performance behaviors.
Equitable work experience with a HS Diploma or equivalent considered.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in timeshare sales.
Requires the ability to calculate basic loan computations and formulate equations efficiently, if necessary.
Must demonstrate professional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form, with a diverse workgroup to negotiate win-win solutions.
Must be able to demonstrate prompt, reliable and motivational demeanor at all times.
Requires excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on positive attitude and effective communication skills.
Must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
Must be a Notary Public.
Requires a Florida Real Estate /Broker License.
Knowledge of legal documents, local escrow procedures and terminology, and basic sales and services techniques.
Requires general knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Docusign and the ability to use in-house software.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and extended hours, if needed.
