Store Assistant Manager

  • Provide and model excellent customer service by assisting the customer with their shopping needs while in our store.

  • Promote growth of sales and control of expenses within the store.
  • Oversee store operations by maintaining a well-stocked, clean store that is known for its customer service and sales team.
  • Manage inventory, insuring all transactions are properly recorded on a timely basis to accurately account for inventory on hand.
  • Communicate with store personnel about store operational concerns such as promotional products, inventory concerns, safety and security advisories, and other upcoming events/concerns.
  • Manage store personnel to insure the efficient and accurate processing of sales transactions to promote customer service and sales within the store.
  • Monitor and insure employee compliance with established store policies and procedures regarding safety, security, sales, inventory, etc.
  • Train and assess store personnel in proper procedures in all facets of the store operations
  • Participate in the selection process of new Store Clerks to build a strong sales team
  • Promptly report any concerns to Management concerning customer concerns, store operations, inventory discrepancies, employee concerns, etc.
