Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

8–9 years minimum experience in operations management or related field.

Strong leadership and communication skills, especially in navigating matrixed organizations.

Expertise in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.

Experience with Airtable and/or Smartsheet.

Solid background in financial management (budgeting, forecasting, planning).

Proven experience in SOP documentation and process efficiency.

Experience with vendors in a corporate business operations context is ideal.

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.

Ability to multitask and adjust tasks due to reprioritization.

Experience with peer or people management to support change and transition.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

Lead onboarding to tools and processes during the first ~90 days, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvement.

Analyze and enhance workflows across the team and broader organization.

Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Apply a change management approach to support transitions to new processes.

Visualization & Communication

Develop executive-level presentations and visual reports using PowerPoint.

Create dashboards and operational insights using Airtable or similar platforms.

Communicate effectively across a matrixed organization, including senior leadership.

Contract & Financial Management

Manage contract lifecycles including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals.

Oversee payment processes and vendor relationships.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
