The Universal Banker role blends teller and personal banker duties, with time spent in each area based on branch needs. Universal Bankers build strong customer relationships and support branch growth by opening new accounts and consumer loans, offering relevant products and services, and assisting with account maintenance. This role also ensures compliance with all bank policies and state and federal regulations. Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $28.00 per hour.
