As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
The team's goal is to enable research and development efforts across Alphabet by developing, maintaining, supporting, and growing the nGP (non-Google Platforms/non-Google Production) framework.
In this role, you will serve as a member of the nGP Infrastructure and Systems Design team. You will assist in maintaining industry standards for architectural across various size environments, and you will contribute to NPI projects and rack development for customer growth within Google Research and Development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:- Coordinate between stakeholders, set expectations for deliverables from many teams, keep track of success of parallel efforts, identify key roadblocks and work with the team members involved to keep things moving.
- Navigate among potentially conflicting requirements, and objectives across a wide range of cross-functional organizations, and provide the leadership that results in globally-optimal outcomes for Google and its users.
- Identify areas for improvement within the existing customer base, and define, evaluate and improve processes for future customers.
- Assist with building, network, and rack deployment strategy.
- Support NPI efforts and infrastructure projects.
