Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Operations Management
  • Oversee all inbound activities including product receiving, inspection, and putaway.
  • Ensure receipts are processed accurately and promptly in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Verify inbound documentation (BOLs, packing lists, ASN accuracy) and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate inbound scheduling and dock appointments to maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Inventory Control & Accuracy
  • Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances in collaboration with the Inventory Control team.
  • Implement and monitor best practices to reduce shrinkage and improve stock integrity.
  • Team Leadership
  • Supervise, train, and develop inbound and receiving staff, including forklift operators.
  • Set clear productivity and accuracy expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety.
  • Process Improvement
  • Analyze inbound workflows and recommend process optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Outbound, Inventory, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
  • Support implementation of new warehouse systems, layouts, or automation initiatives.
  • Equipment & Safety
  • Oversee forklift and equipment operations ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and operator certification compliance.
  • Enforce all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $50,000.00 per year
