  • We're looking for long-term team members (4+ months commitment) who want to grow with us.
  • Preferred hours: Around 20 hours per week.
  • Hourly Pay: $17.75–$19.00 (based on experience) + tips.
  • Applicants must be 18 or older.
  • We are not accepting high school applicants at this time.

(This role requires weekday morning shifts and long-term availability that typically do not align with high school schedules.)

About Mochiholic

Mochiholic is a fast-growing dessert café specializing in Japanese-style mochi donuts and handcrafted drinks.

We're expanding across the Bay Area and looking for team members who take pride in their work, value consistency, and enjoy being part of a fun, high-quality, and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve mochi donuts and drinks with attention to detail and consistency
  • Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic prep and service areas
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Support daily café operations, including opening and closing tasks
  • Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining accuracy and composure

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school applicants will not be considered due to weekday shift requirements
  • Prior experience in cafés, boba, or dessert shops is a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, mature attitude
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
