Job description:
Provide recommendations to incorporate the courseware (data) into another like system or expand the current Oracle courseware database. The courseware database shall support the current media and shall be capable of including other instructional media such as but not limited to text, audio & video content, images, computer-based interactivity and power-point presentations. Provide initial and follow-on training to Government personnel as required. Training should include management of content objects, definition of training programs, use of supporting documentation, and methods to employ the LMS application to support courseware and training program revisions. Perform corresponding duties called out in the PWS.
Qualifications Required:
The following qualifications are required for personnel employed as CWD SME:
1) Five years' developing courseware and/or instructor/education experience;
2) Completed a formal Criterion Referenced Instruction (CRI) course;
3) Associate's degree (or higher) with completed courses in test and measurement applications, statistics, psychology of learning, ISD applications, curriculum and instructional development, evaluation design application and theory, or computer based instructional design applications;
4) Seven years' experience as a Theater Air Control System (TACS) Operator;
5) Three years' experience with AN/TYQ-23 ( V.5) operations or 2 years of AN/TYQ23A; 6) Proficient with current Microsoft Office and Windows OS IAW MAJCOM Standard configuration;
7) Prior completion of a military ISD course or equivalent or complete it within six months of hire.
The following qualifications are desired personnel employed as CWD SME:
1) Bachelor's degree;
2) Multiple previous Control and Reporting Center (CRC) duty position qualifications;
3) Advanced Weapons Director Course/Weapons School Graduate.
