JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a dedicated Juvenile Justice Specialist to work with youth involved in the justice system, providing case management, intervention, and advocacy. This role involves assessing risk factors, developing rehabilitation plans, coordinating resources, and working closely with law enforcement, courts, and community organizations to promote successful reintegration and reduce recidivism. The qualified Juvenile Justice Case Manager will:
- Assess youth needs, risk factors, and strengths to develop individualized intervention plans.
- Monitor compliance with court-ordered conditions, probation, and rehabilitation programs.
- Conduct home, school, and facility visits to evaluate progress and provide ongoing support.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
The qualified Juvenile Justice Case Manager will have:
- High School diploma required.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
