Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to navigate routes effectively while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive company vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to deliver products to designated locations.
  • Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries.
  • Load and unload products, ensuring items are secured properly during transit.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards while on the road.

Experience

  • Previous experience in route driving or commercial driving is preferred.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical demands of the job.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
