Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with disabilities. You will play a critical role in assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to improve the quality of life for our clients. Your expertise will contribute to fostering positive behavioral changes and enhancing overall well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care and support for clients.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collect and analyze research data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning and progress tracking.
  • Advocate for clients by promoting understanding of behavioral health needs within the community.

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in research data collection methods and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • A compassionate approach towards providing behavioral therapy services.
